Step 3: prenuptials

This is more of a question than a post at this point, but I will return to the subject matter.

As far as I know although the law stands above any prenuptial contract, in courts prenuptial are still respected. If someone can show that they entered a relationship or marriage only under the conditions that no alimony would be paid if the relationship ends the courts will take that into consideration when the couples split. Can’t we create a document that acts as a prenuptial against alimony and for 50/50 custody split if separation occurs and promote that? Promote it to the courts as an optional document, promote it to people.
